Scopes of activity of the legal office

a. Full lawyers' service for economic entities:

• establishing of new entrepreneurs, registration activities, including before courts, government administration bodies (also concessions and permits) and tax organs,
• complex service for shareholders and stockholders in commercial companies (drawing up projects of resolutions, legal representation),
• preparation of internal regulation obliging in enterprises (particularly in the scope of labour order).

b. Legal opinions and advising on questions of law:

• advising on questions of law - orally, by telephone, in writing or through electronic devices,
• training of employees of our clients,
• rendering legal counseling in the scope of current activity of the client, opinions on legitimacy of making of particular decisions in the point of view of their legal effects.

c. Drawing up drafts of contracts:

• review and analysis of arrangements, agreements, contracts,
• drawing up projects of contracts,
• participation in negotiations with contractors, including foreign ones (in English, French and German).

d. Legal representation in all kinds of cases:

• extrajudicial mediation and conciliatory proceedings,
• judicial proceedings before all courts, including before Arbitration courts,
• registration proceedings, including before National Court Register and Pledge Register (registration, changes and crossing out),
• proceedings before administration bodies, including tax and custom organs.

e. Conducting executive proceedings and vindication of cash accounts receivable:

• submitting motions for levying the execution of a judgment to execution organs,
• current supervision over all proceedings,
• concluding settlements with debtors.

Terms of cooperation:

Terms of cooperation are being established individually, depending on the client's needs.
The cooperation takes place through:

• meetings at the seat of the client at times convenient for the client,
• at the seat of the legal office,
• in case of matters requiring urgent legal aid we render legal services via e-mail or telephone
