Law Office of Legal Advisors Ogrodnik & Sobierajska - Sokolnicka Professional Partnership has been established at the beginning of the year 2007. It has been founded by legal advisors - people with significant experience gained during performing work in big commercial companies and conducting their own legal offices.

At the present moment the legal group is formed by:

Jarosław Ogrodnik - legal advisor - partner
Graduate of Law and Administration Department of University of Wroclaw, faculty in law (in 1999). Inscribed in the Register of Legal Advisors conducted by the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Walbrzych, after finishing legal advisor's trainee in 2005. Since 1999, after serving internship in the USA, had worked in the biggest companies in the area of Lower Silesia, including the ones listed on the stock exchange. In 2006 has established his individual legal advisor's office. At the present moment he is a managing partner in the partnership, which constitutes a continuation of his hither to existing activity. He specializes in commercial, civil and immigration law. In the legal office he supervises processes of establishing of new economic entities, especially with foreign capital; processes connected with investments on the territories of special economic zones and also is responsible for supervision over investment processes of the office's clients.

Adriana Sobierajska-Sokolnicka - legal advisor - partner
Graduate of Law and Administration Department of University of Wroclaw, faculty in law (in 2000), received entry in the register of legal advisors when finishing legal advisor's trainee in 2005; since 1998 had worked as a lawyer in big financial and debt collecting companies in Wrocław, as well as in Warsaw. In 2005 has began conducting business activity on her own. At the present moment she is a managing partner in the partnership, which constitutes a continuation of her hither to existing activity. She particularly specializes in: labour and banking law, turnover of receivables, and commercial (economic) insurances.

Mariusz Woźniak - legal advisor's trainee
Graduate of Law and Administration Department of University of Wroclaw, faculty in law (in 2002). In 2006 has begun legal advisor's trainee in the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. Possess professional experience, among others, in the scope of judicial proceedings in civil and commercial cases and as well in the scope of execution proceedings.

Graduate of Law and Administration Department of University of Wroclaw, faculty in law (in 2000). Since 2006 a legal advisor's trainee in the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. Possess a few years of professional experience in the scope of judicial disputes, execution proceedings, economic and commercial companies law and labour law.
